My Payment

 1.  Customer agrees to a minimum Twenty-Five Dollar non-refundable fee per cake or per boxes of cup cakes to secure date of venue.

 2.  Right to cancel within three (3) days of signed.

 3.  If cancelled on or after (four weeks prior to said event, customer is also subject to any cost Provider has incurred).

4.  Customer agrees to notify Provider within 72 hours of any immediate changes to residence or contact numbers.

5. Customer agrees to make regular payments by credit card, money orders, or cash payments towards this venue beginning immediately and bi-weekly/monthly thereafter.

6. Customer agrees that the final balance is due and payable on or before three days prior to event.

7. Customer agrees to contact "The Red Velvet Cake" (provider) to secure dates, time, hours of event prior to event confirmation.
